Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our Managing Director to oversee and optimise operations across our 15 interconnected businesses. Your expertise will help shape our strategies and drive organisational success.
Remuneration:
- $1,000 (including GST) per client acquisition after unconditional status and fee payment.
- Annual profit-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on tasks across various Prosperity Capital entities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate industry (buyer's agency, NDIS housing, or investment sectors).
- Strong skills in project and operations management.
- Strategic planning, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

Buyer's Agent
As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll guide clients through the process of purchasing residential properties across Australia. Whether assisting first-time buyers with their initial purchase or helping investors expand their portfolios, you’ll focus on creating value, building lasting relationships, and guiding clients toward achieving financial prosperity through property.

Remuneration:
- Commission-based (earnings potential well over six figures).
- $0-$20,800 per year + OTE (on-target earnings 20k plus based on the historical average income of previous buyer's agents)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in purchasing existing and new residential properties.
- Conduct market research and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the residential property market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Appointment Setter
If you’re a proactive communicator with a knack for scheduling and client engagement, this role is your opportunity to thrive. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, paving the way for successful partnerships.
Remuneration:
- $150 per successfully booked and attended appointment + bonus for appointments leading to a confirmed sale.
- $20k+ annually, with warm leads provided (no cold calling)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads from our database and online inquiries.
- Schedule client appointments via Google Meet or in person.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Finance Broker
As a Finance Broker, you'll play a key role in helping clients secure the best financial solutions that meet their needs, whether for home loans or property investment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to securing final approval.
- Assist clients in gathering the necessary documentation and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all lending processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance brokering, lending, or a related field is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Relevant industry certifications (preferred but not required).
